Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of QC Weld Audit Pro, operated by QC Pro Apps Ltd in Scotland, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The Service

QC Weld Audit Pro provides pWPS documentation, welder qualification tracking, weld audit records, heat-input calculations, NDT request logging, and PDF report generation through an iOS app and web portal.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Your QC Pro sign-in may be shared across QC Pro products, while each product’s records and paid entitlement remain separate.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• Inspector Pro is GBP 19.99 per year unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase.
• Web Portal subscriptions are processed by Stripe. iPhone and iPad subscriptions are processed separately by Apple.
• A purchase on one billing platform does not automatically create an entitlement on the other unless the checkout page expressly says it does.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable tax is shown during checkout.
• The free plan is subject to the limits shown on the pricing page and in the product.

4. Cancellation, Deletion, and Refunds

• You may cancel a normal web subscription through the Stripe billing portal and an iOS subscription through Apple’s subscription settings.
• Deleting WAP data from the web portal immediately cancels an active Stripe WAP subscription and revokes Web Portal Pro access.
• Deleting WAP data keeps your shared QC Pro sign-in and data belonging to other QC Pro products.
• Refunds are provided where required by applicable law. For a suspected billing error, contact us promptly.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of records you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process them to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Professional Responsibility

The service assists qualified welding professionals but does not replace engineering judgement, inspection competence, certification, or compliance with applicable standards. You remain responsible for record accuracy and acceptance decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not submit fraudulent records, compromise security, misuse another person’s account, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.

8. Availability and Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
